TJ Titcomb has been helping organizations manage change, prevent problems and develop leaders for more than 40 years.   She has worked with organizations of all sizes and in all sectors, providing training,  strategic planning, executive coaching, and the whole range of OD services.  TJ holds a master's degree in counseling psychology and a PhD in organizational development.

   

Semi-retired, TJ is now continuing her own leadership journey with this new venture, a collaborative forum for HR leaders.  In addition to her cornerstone monthly HR Executive Group, this website will offer a variety of resources for group members.
