Each of us has our own individual leadership journey. It can often be an exhausting and lonely trip if we try to do it all on our own. Add to that the unique isolation that often accompanies the roles in Human Resources. You have to be there for everyone else - but rarely have someone you can turn to for support.  Join with others to get fresh perspectives, different approaches, useful ideas, and sometimes a gentle push forward.
Leadership Journey's HR Executive Group meets for two hours on the third Wednesday of the month. The first hour is a free-flowing discussion of issues, resources and challenges.  It's a wonderfully open,Â
safe and confidential forum to share ideas and support with a diverse group of HR professionals.  The second hour focuses on discussion of a business book chosen by the members. Certificates are provided to submit
for SHRM and HRCI credits.
